Intern Program Lead- Campus Recruiter
Overview
The Intern Program Lead will be part of the University Programs, Sourcing & Events team, responsible for the planning and execution of United’s internship and co-op programs. This includes leading the intern request and approval processes, designing and executing intern event programming, maintaining competitive intern offerings, managing the intern placement and conversion to full-time process, and creating a best-in-class experience for both interns and business partners.

Responsibilities

Partner with HR Business Partners to support and guide business groups with their intern hiring needs
Collaborate with compensation, benefits, branding, EVP and university recruitment teams to develop key sourcing strategies to attract and retain intern talent
Assess and confirm intern program requests; approve intern projects and goals
Manage intern first day and orientation experiences
Plan and execute intern program events/offerings, including: offer packages, leader speaker series, facility tours, professional development, community service events, social events, mentor program, etc.
Oversee intern extension and offboarding processes
Manage intern calibration & conversion processes for return internships and full-time roles
Execute annual Intern Summit event bringing together all summer interns for a robust experience
Develop and execute Intern Manager Trainings and communications to business groups and HR Business Partners
Support on-campus recruitment and diversity events as needed
Required Skills/Experience

Minimum 3 years recruiting or program management experience
Minimum 1 year dedicated university/campus recruiting experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven record of successful event management experience
Regular attendance at work location and punctuality in accordance with United's policies
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future
Successful completion of interview

Excellent time management, follow-through and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy
Strategic and forward-thinking skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT
Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to build relationships with all levels of personnel
Experience using applicant tracking and CRM systems (i.e., Taleo, Montage, SmashFly)

MUST HAVE: Minimum 1 year dedicated university/campus recruiting experience

Now hiring a Machine Helper at a major paper company in Northlake, IL. 1st and 2nd shift available. Paying $12 to $13 and also some openings paying up to $16 based on experience!
Responsibilities include:
Strip rolls away from packaging.
Prepare rolls for machine.
Assist operator with feeding roll into machine.
Remove and dispose of old cores.
Other tasks as assigned.
Pay varies on experience. Eligible for some benefits, including medical insurance, after 30 days of employment. Profit sharing plan after 1 year of employment.
