General Summary
REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous production, manufacturing, assembly or optical experience preferred (1-2 years.)
• Detail Oriented
• Must have good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination and be able to recognize and distinguish colors.
• Ideal candidate will be able to perform occasional lifting up to 30 pounds and have the ability to walk and/or stand up to 90% of the time.
• HS Diploma or Equivalent
*Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Yielding phone calls in regards to billing and finding resolutions that keep the client happy within in the rules and regulations, of not only Bazemore-Abner Insurance Group and the Ohio Department of Insurance
Qualification
Must be efficient typing on the a keyboard.
Must be able to work without constant supervision
Must be able to multi-task and take on multiple client issues at once.
Must be a team player and fit the culture of the office - we work hard and love to have fun so finding your balance is a must.
Must take direction and be very trainable - we have over 20 carriers you will be working with.
Must be able to "Make the Call" on majority of the issues or clients you are handling without coming to your supervisor.
Must be articulate and very polite over the phone and through email with our clients.
Must be a person who takes initiative and "speaks up" - if you feel or find a better way to do something we want to know about it!
Hours 9-5 M-F - will be supplied with a laptop and computer screens - there will possibly some on call nights and weekends that you are able to complete from home.
This is a salary plus bonus position and is based on experience and your interview
