Izzio Bakery located in Louisville, Colorado is a growing Artisan Bread Bakery. With the fast growth we are adding new team members to our family owned bakery! Positions include:
Production:
Mixers - Portions mixed dough's according to guidelines specified, label processed dough according to production guidelines. Punch and fold dough's according to production guidelines
Ovens - Organize racks to insure that breads are baked off at their peak and that the oven area maintains continuous order. Clean proofing boards and Sweep the oven area to keep flour from building up in the oven area. Assist production areas by resetting proofing boards as time permits. Assist when needed in loading and unloading breads according to directions given by Oven Lead.
Line workers - Properly organize shaped dough's on boards and pans. Assist in organizing carts, boards and pans as needed to insure production times are met. Assist in punch and folding dough's as required to keep production schedule on time. Clean work area in between dough types to maintain an organized and sanitary production area. Assist in daily and maintenance cleaning.
Packaging:
Packagers- Packager will perform tasks such as packing bread and roll products in specified configurations, labeling, and packing in bags or boxes. Ensuring accurate counts in the case, and that all the products packed meet specified finished product quality guidelines.
Bread Runners- Bread runner will be bringing racks full of bread from production to packaging, ensure packaging always has bread to pack.
Sanitation:
Sanitation worker - The Sanitation Worker cleans and sanitizes all areas and equipment in the plant in compliance with company policy and procedures related to proper sanitation, GMP and Safety requirements.
