Job Opening: Junior Project Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA (job sites as far as 25 miles from 90036)
Duties:
1. Visit job sites daily and update owner on status of all projects. 2. Interfacing vendors. 3. Getting bids for different jobs. 4. Purchasing materials through different vendors. 5. Double checking work orders.
Requirements:
1. Bilingual Spanish. 2. Very organized and an excellent communicator. 3. Comfortable on a job site, experience reading blueprints, experience working with vendors. 4. Computer savvy, texting skills, great phone skills. 5. Working vehicle and driver's license. 6. Fine with the day starting as early as 6 AM.
Compensation: $38,000-$45,000, lots of room for growth.
