Job duties include:
Light prep, standing for over 6 hours a day, ensuring quality of food is consistent, properly reading food orders, communicating with servers and other kitchen staff, keeping our kitchen clean, well organized and properly stocked!
This is a physical job! You must be able to occasionally walk up and down stairs. Nights and weekends are a MUST! The kitchen opens at 4pm and closes at 1am. Shifts are split.

Qualifications:
Experience in general labor, or other related fields
Good communication skills (must be able to understand all written and verbal work orders and instructions)
Good Organizational skills (must be able to keep track of inventory and keep work area clean)
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing, lifting, pushing, pulling…etc.)
Ability to follow all safety rules
Familiarity with a pallet jack, forklift, and other tools/machinery to make the work easy.
